Establishment of atheism is unconstitutional

The Indepundit provides an update on the Mt. Soledad cross in San Diego, and helpfully provides a list and photos of additional targets for the radical left to attack next.

A California Superior Court judge in San Diego has ruled that the referendum to save the Mt. Soledad cross is unconstitutional. The judge is basically saying that there is no possible remedy other than tearing down the war memorial.

Religion is a part of the history and heritage of the United States. When the secularist totalitarians on the left seek to airbrush that reality away, they are in effect trying to establish their religious beliefs. The Constitution doesn't require erasing our history or establishment of atheism.

  1. The constitution guarantees Freedom OF Religion, not Freedom from Religion.
