		<description>It is interesting to note that when a person applies for a job, volunteer work can be counted 
as work experience.  Ultimately, when people volunteer they do work for someone.  So if Mr. Obama means 
that he doesn&#039;t pay these people therefore they don&#039;t work for him, it kind of blows some employeer&#039;s
applications and work experience ideas.</description>
